Return & Refund Policy

• All Sales are Final.
• No cash refund will be entertained
• No cash refund on any defective items. We will do exchange only.
• No refund on issue for example on situations : change of mind or just don't like the item. But,
we are willing to help on you on exchange.
• No refund on parcel bounce back to us. We do only store credit
• No cash refund on not suitable, not match, change mind situation
• All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Please keep in mind that sale item may be have a slightly defect less than 5% but un-noticable when receiving ( for example unperfect packaging )
• Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale items) within 3 days of receipt date for a refund of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
• In all cases, the Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way. The goods will be inspected once received.
• The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to pack your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes, packaging and tags. Serendipity Lifestyle Enterprise is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.
• Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender.
• Serendipity Lifestyle Enterprise will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness / return back due to third party delivery partner. However we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.
• Serendipity Lifestyle Enterprise recommends you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain a proof of posting.




  1. For exchange, please whatsapp us 019 266 2233 or email [email protected] with your order number and information on the affected item within 3 days of receiving the goods.
  2. Please return the items and get a replacement of the same products from our online stores within 7 days from the email confirmation send by Customer Service.
  3. Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
    1. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
    2. If the product is different from the Order delivered.
    3. Products for exchange shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
  4. Exchange of Products can only be for the following:
    1. Products has to be exchange with the same product.
    2. Products has to be of the same brand.



Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund or exchange, Customer need to notify Customer Service by whatsapp us 019 266 2233 or email [email protected] to report on the products upon 3 days of receiving the goods.

Important note: 

  1. The return request must be made within 3 business days from the order received date. Once your request has been processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email and proceed with item collection.
  2. Kindly attach the proof which can be an unboxing video or a single photo (which the proof must include: Packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.)
  3. Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.
  4. Please do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us.
  5. Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  6. If we are unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other causes, we will proceed to refund your item.
  7. For refunds, you will be credited to your account with the full value of the product, excluding any voucher(s) used.
  8. Any items returned without Serendipity Lifestyle Enterprise’s approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender. 
  9. Please be advised that Serendipity Lifestyle Enterprise tracks all returns for return abuse and reserves the right to regulate the number of exchanges or returns at any time.


The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches Serendipity Lifestyle Enterprise.

Serendipity Lifestyle Enterprise will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product received by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packag
